Established in 1991, PFI Food Industries Sdn Bhd began its journey as a frozen food manufacturer specializing in surimi-based products, giving birth to the SAHIR brand.

 

Located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, our manufacturing facility strategically serves the robust local demand in Johor and other Malaysian states, as well as our neighboring country, Singapore. Our organization has experienced remarkable growth over the years, evolving into one of the leading suppliers of "Fish Burger." This achievement owes much to the unwavering support of our key management team and our skilled production staff. Furthermore, our success is closely intertwined with our expanding customer base, consisting mainly of food distributors and retailers across various regions.

 

In our commitment to serving all Malaysian consumers, our products earned Halal certification in 1997, a certification we have proudly maintained to this day. We work closely with JAKIM (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia) to uphold the highest Halal standards. In 2019, we achieved certification under the MeSTI (Malaysian Food Safety) program. Our organization remains dedicated to continuous improvement, striving to deliver top-quality and delectable food products.
